A. Currently we ship from Brazil, Netherlands and USA.

Q. I received my lens and I am not satisfied with the color, can I change?

A. No. Opened lens bottles cannot be sent back or money refunded.

 

Q. Can I change unopened lens?

A. Yes. 7 days after receiving.

 

Q. Soloticaplace cancelled my order and refunded me without reason?

A. A mission of Soloticaplace is to deliver the best cosmetic lenses known to man. To achieve this mission orders are eliminated to orders that have no value of lenses.

 

Q. Why is Soloticaplace not advertising like solotica competitors? 

A. Our Customers are our marketing department. We let our products, delivery, and great customer service shine through the eyes of the customer. 

 

Q. Why do I see other Solotica lenses for prices like $69.99 or less?

A. Soloticaplace prides on selling high quality lenses. It’s impossible to sell yearly lenses for 69.99 or less when monthly contacts are priced up to $30. Our lenses are freshly made with highest quality and production methods. No pixilation.

 

Q. How do I know if I am getting fresh quality lenses?

A. Soloticaplace has different batch numbers on bottles. One pair of lenses has matching numbers on the each bottles. Other numbers also include the expiration date.

 

Q. What does opacity mean? When?

A. Opacity changes during the year depending on production. The quality of lens does not change. Only color intensity will change or remain the same.

 

Q. Can I use the yearly lenses for more than one year?

A. No. After one ear the lens lose chemical fabrics that may be harmful.

 

Q. How long can I use monthly lenses?

A. 3 months only

 

Q. What is the best contact solution to use?

A. We recommend Opti-Free Solution

 

Q. I didn’t receive a Soloticaplace t-shirt with my order, why?

A. We are not selling t-shirts at the current time.

 

Q. Do you have discounts, or coupons?

A. No.

 

Q. What is the expiration date of the lenses?

A. Currently 2020 meaning all lenses are freshly produced.

 

Q. Do you sale overstock?

A. NO. We do not sale overstock. We only offer freshly produced lenses.

 

Q. Any promotions?

A. Promotions vary such as Customer appreciation giveaways, and also promotional colors.

 

Q. What are promotional colors?

A. Promotional colors are exclusive colors that we offer for a lower price for customers to get to know the exclusive color. All promotional colors have same expiration dates, new opacity.
